This network was generated from TCGA RNA-seq data for stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD) using Bayesian network estimation [1,2]. The subtype-specific edges we identified from the edge contribution value (ECv) [2] were highlighted in this estimated basal network with different colors (black: subtype1, magenta: subtype2, green: subtype3). These subtypes were identified with our proposed method (the paper is submitting) and showed significant differences in their prognosis, which did not show by some existing methods.
