Effects of climate change on a nocturnal gecko: An integrative analysis

This dataset accompanies the manuscript: “Effects of climate change on a nocturnal gecko: An integrative analysis” It supports the evaluation of the climatic vulnerability of the nocturnal gecko Gymnodactylus amarali using correlative, mechanistic, and hybrid species distribution models (SDMs) combined with biophysical simulations. The dataset integrates:(1) species occurrence records,(2) ecophysiological measurements,(3) derived predictors used in SDMs, and(4) outputs from NicheMapR microclimate and ectotherm models. All primary data are provided in the compressed file “Data.zip”, and a fully annotated Quarto document (“Analyses.qmd”) is included to reproduce the analyses. Environmental datasets (e.g., WorldClim and IBGE) were obtained from external repositories and should be downloaded separately from their original sources.
