The colophon runs as follows: تمت الكتابة بعون الله و حسن توفيقه فى الرابع و الثلثون من ذى الحجة فى التاريخ بيست و هفتم روز چهارشنبه حرره الله بخش 2 ساكن محله شيخ داؤد قطب .
