Ethereum Address Behavior Dataset for fraud detection using a dual-modality approach combining Graph Neural Networks (GNN) and Recurrent Models (LSTM/Transformers). The dataset includes a balanced list of approximately 115k addresses sourced from the Ethereum public BigQuery dataset, Etherscan labels, and custom scam labels. It is divided into GNN and LSTM datasets with corresponding raw data files and label information.
