Data of Metabolic requirements and diet of a common Indo-Pacific mangrove crab Metopograpsus frontalis

This dataset represents all the data collected in Moreton Bay from 2016 to 2017 as part of the research project and manuscript article: Metabolic requirements and diet of a common Indo-Pacific mangrove crab Metopograpsus frontalis under consideration in Journal of Marine Science and Engineering. This dataset contains 4 different files, each related to the 4 sections of the results. Calorimetry experiments.xlsx refers to the data collected and used for the caloric content of two common food items of M.frontalis. Handling time results.xlsx refers to the time M.frontalis crabs took to consume either algae or oysters samples. Metabolism experiments resutls.xlsx refers to teh data from te oyxgen consumption experiments. Time activity budgets .xlsx refers to the field data collected in Moreton Bay.
