Materials to conduct mantel tests and generate plots of genetic distance vs geographic distance for <i>Tetraopes texanus</i>

The folder contains materials to run a mantel test on Fst for <i>Tetraopes texanus.</i> The file contains a metadata file that describes the analysis we conducted, and R script that we used to run the analysis, a .csv file that contains the geographic distances between each sampled population of <i>T. texanus</i>, and an R object that contains the Fst values of the sampled population (generated in code provided in the folder 'Materials to calculate observed and expected heterozygosity, private alleles, and Fst, and materials to conduct a PCA on RADseq reads for <i>Tetraopes texanus</i>' in this project.)
