Raw ship-based Multibeam Sonar Data acquired during R/V Maurice Ewing expedition EW0501 (2005)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS2 Multibeam Sonar system during Maurice Ewing expedition EW0501 conducted in 2005 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Sean Gulick; Investigator(s): Dr. Sean Gulick and Dr. Penny Barton). These data files are of MBSystem Compatible format and include Swath Bathymetry data that have not been processed. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Imaging and Modeling Impact Generated Deformation at the Chicxulub Crater, Joint US/UK/Mexico Investigation and IODP Site Survey and 3D Tomographic Imaging of the Chicxulub Crater, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE02-20474 and OCE02-21101.
