基于中国地面逐日气象要素数据集、全国地理基础数据、人口普查数据以及30m分辨率的DEM数据、统计年鉴数据、历史灾害数据及其他相关数据,结合暴雨、洪涝、高温、雪灾、崩塌、滑坡灾害,运用主成分分析法、随机森林等多种方法计算灾害的危险性与脆弱性指标,在此基础上,构建综合灾害风险指数,并进行归一化处理。其中,横断山区考虑上述所有灾害类型,川藏铁路考虑洪涝、雪灾、崩塌、滑坡灾害。数据集包括横断山区(川藏铁路)的自然灾害危险性评图、脆弱性评价图和综合风险评价图。
Based on China's daily surface meteorological element dataset, national fundamental geographic data, census data, 30m-resolution DEM data, statistical yearbook data, historical disaster data and other relevant data, combined with disasters including rainstorm, flood, high temperature, snow disaster, collapse and landslide, multiple methods such as principal component analysis and random forest were employed to calculate disaster hazard and vulnerability indicators. On this basis, a comprehensive disaster risk index was constructed and normalized. Specifically, all the above-mentioned disaster types are considered for the Hengduan Mountains region, while only flood, snow disaster, collapse and landslide are taken into account for the Sichuan-Tibet Railway section. The dataset comprises natural disaster hazard assessment maps, vulnerability assessment maps and comprehensive risk assessment maps for the Hengduan Mountains (Sichuan-Tibet Railway) area.
