This repository contains the data used for the “<i>Acer rubrum</i> fitness driven by AM fungi, influenced by soil properties” research study. Conducted through a greenhouse experiment at the Montreal Botanical Garden using field-conditioned soil from a diversity-invasion experiment in Varennes (Quebec), the study aims to understand the role of microbes and various factors in influencing the fitness of unwanted woody species. This research study explores the interplay between plant diversity, soil properties, and arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in shaping the fitness of <i>Acer rubrum</i> (red maple).
