SCOPe dataset with pairwise TM-score

This dataset is the full set of all 15176 SCOPe domains from the ASTRAL subset (i.e., non-redundant set with &lt;40% sequence identity) of SCOPe database version 2.08. <br> Files:<br> list - list of domains ranked in ascending order of sequence length<br> astral.fasta - FASTA sequence converted from PDB file.
