Supporting data for “Single-cell transcriptional profiling reveals novel therapeutic targets for modulating microenvironment in metastatic cancers”

We collected 12 independent surgical-respected specimens from four ESCC patients, including primary tumor (PT) tissues, adjacent non-tumor tissues (N) and lymph node with metastasis (LNM) or without metastasis (LN) for scRNA-seq. And this is the original raw data (primary analysis tables for further anlayses) for those specimens.
