Public List of Training Organisations (L.6351-7-1 of the Labour Code)

The **Public List of Training Organisations** list of bodies declared to the Prefect of Region with territorial competence and up to date of their obligation to transmit the Pedagogical and Financial Review. It is made public in accordance with article L.6351-7-1 of the Labour Code. A training organisation shall be removed from the list in the following cases: cessation of activity, cancellation of the declaration of activity following a check or lapse (caducity = the pedagogical and financial balance sheet does not reveal any training activity, or the GMP has not been sent to the administrative authority — Art. The information relates only to training organisations with a valid certificate. **How is a Training Organisation identified?** Every training organisation is identified by its **activity declaration number** (NDA), attached to the legal person (SIREN number). The NDA is issued by the regional prefect. In the event of a move with a change of region, a new number will be assigned to the training organisation. Notes: — By way of derogation, some organisations have several activity declaration numbers. This may be the case for an organisation having both its own activity and acting as a representative for a foreign organisation. They may also be organisations whose organisation does not allow the activity to be grouped on a single number. — A foreign training organisation carrying out an activity on French territory must designate a representative registered in France who lodges a declaration of activity and responds on its behalf to legal obligations. The list then indicates, on the one hand, the representative body and, on the other hand, the foreign body it represents. **Where does the information from the Public List of Training Bodies come from?** — The data are derived from the activity reports of the training organisations to the regional control services of the DREETS.
