Analysis of characterization of Bacillus velezensis CH1 isolated from Oat

Bacillus velezensis is a new beneficial microbe found in plant and root soil in recent years. It can not only promote plant growth, but also inhibit pests and diseases, and enhance tolerance to salt stress. Oat is an important food crop in Ulanqab region, so the cultivation of oat and its disease prevention and control have been the focus of local research. Bacillus velezensis had been found in many plants and has played a role, but it had not been studied much in oats. Therefore, CH1 was successfully isolated, purified and identified from high quality oats by classical microbial methods in the study.
