Jinghe River Basin Spatial Overlap Frequency (SOF): Final Data and Processing Code
收藏资源简介:
This dataset supports the analysis of drainage-divide hierarchy in the Jinghe River Basin using Spatial Overlap Frequency (SOF). It includes the final SOF boundary raster derived using a flow-accumulation threshold of 3,140 cells, drainage-divide polylines, point-level geomorphic and hydrologic attributes, an analysis-ready GeoPackage table, threshold-sensitivity metrics, and reference figures supplied with the dataset. The final spatial products are provided both as an ArcGIS Pro 3.6 project package and as standalone GeoTIFF and Shapefile datasets. The point-level analytical table contains SOF, slope, drainage-divide polygonal-region area, drainage-divide line length, divide relief, elevation, maximum downstream flow length (FLD), Negative Openness, and inverted-DEM Shreve and Strahler attributes. The deposited code package contains author-supplied MATLAB scripts with English-translated comments and the ArcGIS Pro ModelBuilder toolbox used in the processing workflow, together with reference outputs and a Python utility added to reproduce the principal SOF-flow-length analytical fit. Raw ASTER GDEM V2 tiles and routine full-basin intermediate hydrological rasters are not redistributed because the source elevation data are available from NASA LP DAAC and the omitted processing products can be regenerated from the documented workflow. Detailed file descriptions, field definitions, units, provenance records, validation results, software requirements, licences, and reproducibility limitations are provided in README.md and the accompanying documentation. File sizes and SHA-256 checksums are provided in FILE_MANIFEST.csv and Jinghe_SOF_Code/docs/FILE_MANIFEST.csv.
