This file includes 4 data sheets.
1) "Soil-size-distribution" sheet:
includes the measured soil size distribution and the results from the deconvolution using 4 log-normal populations.
2) "DynamicalParameters" sheet:
gives for each wind erosion event the 1-min. value of the parameter stability (z/L), and temperature gradient (theta*).
3) "Saltation-flux-D71" sheet:
includes, for event D71 (11-12 March 2006), the 1-min. proportion of coarse (> 117 µm) sand grains (%Coarse) in the saltation flux.
4) "Vertical-dust-flux-D71" sheet:
gives, for event D71 (11-12 March 2006), the 1-min. value of alpha (the sandblasting efficiency,
ratio between the dust emission mass flux and the saltation flux), of the total vertical number dust flux,
and of the proportion of dust particles > 2 µm in this flux (%Coarse-dust).
The 1-min. saltation flux (Q) and wind friction velocity (u*) can be downloaded from
