Anonymous reproducibility package and source data for "When are maritime disruption signals actionable? Out-of-time evidence from global ports and the Red Sea"

This record provides anonymized numerical source data and a self-contained reproducibility package supporting the manuscript “When are maritime disruption signals actionable? Out-of-time evidence from global ports and the Red Sea.” The archive contains internally frozen analysis specifications, analysis and verification code, environment and numerical locks, released numerical results, scripts generating all 17 supplementary tables, and scripts reproducing the three main and two supplementary figures. The empirical components include a temporally held-out PortWatch evaluation, Red Sea synthetic-control analyses, a timestamp-verified Finnish port-call transfer check and a prospective conditional-reserve benchmark. RUN_REPRODUCE_UNIX.sh and RUN_REPRODUCE_WINDOWS.cmd execute the released-output verification workflow. Complete upstream raw archives are not redistributed; their provenance, expected locations and cryptographic hashes are documented in the package. The files contain no author names, affiliations, email addresses or personal filesystem paths. Creator metadata is temporarily anonymized to preserve double-anonymized peer review and should be updated after editorial unblinding.
