Inherited and de novo variation in Lithuanian genomes: introduction to the analysis of the generational shift

vcf file contains the 1.4 million SNV dataset generated of whole-genome sequencing (WGS) that was performed for 25 trios of Lithuanian origin at coverage of 26.88-61.38x (an average of 36.27x). Overall, the sample size contains 75 individuals: 25 newborns, 25 mothers, and 25 fathers.
