资源简介:
The dataset comprises three types of MRE data:1) Agar Phantom Data: Generated from a self-made agar phantom containing two inclusions—one hard and one soft—embedded within the gel.2) Brain Data: Acquired from the brain of a healthy volunteer.3) Liver Data: Collected from the liver of a healthy volunteer. All datasets were acquired using four vibration frequencies (30 Hz, 40 Hz, 50 Hz, and 60 Hz), with slice acquisition performed along the z-axis. The data are organized into four distinct categories with the following structure: 1) PhaseRaw (Raw phase data) a) Unit: Radians b) Dimensions: [x, y, z, phase offset, displacement direction, vibration frequency] c) Note: For each acquisition, four phase offsets were recorded, and each phase offset includes two displacement encodings (positive and negative). Therefore, there are a total of 8 phase offsets data, among which the odd-numbered ones are positive encodings and the even-numbered ones are negative encodings. 2) U (Displacement field) a) Unit: Radians b) Dimensions: [x, y, z, phase offset, displacement direction, vibration frequency] 3) Mag (Magnitude images) a) Dimensions: [x, y, z, phase offset, displacement direction, vibration frequency] b) Note: For each acquisition, four phase offsets were recorded, where positive and negative displacement encoding corresponded to odd- and even-numbered phase offsets, respectively. 4) G (Complex shear modulus) a) Unit: Pascals (Pa) b) Dimensions: [x, y, z] c) Note: the real part represents the storage modulus and the imaginary part represents the loss modulus.
