This repository contains the processed single-nucleus RNA-seq dataset and supplementary data associated with the manuscript: “Circadian Transcription Atlas of the Fly Head.” The dataset comprises a time-resolved single-nucleus transcriptomic atlas of the adult Drosophila melanogaster head, generated by profiling >1 million nuclei across 24 h under light–dark and constant-dark conditions in wild-type and per^01 circadian mutants, with both sexes represented. The repository includes: Processed snRNA-seq expression matrix in .h5ad format(compatible with Scanpy, Seurat via conversion, and standard single-cell workflows) Supplementary Tables (.xlsx): Cell-type annotations and marker genes Curated identities for all clusters and representative marker genes used for annotation and cross-validation with published datasets. Rhythmic genes by cell type (mixed-sex analysis) Significant 24-h rhythmic transcripts with period, phase, amplitude, and p-values (MetaCycle2D). Phase Set Enrichment Analysis (PSEA) Circadian phase enrichment of Gene Ontology terms with enrichment scores and FDR values. Rhythmic genes in female samples Cell-type–specific rhythmic transcripts detected in female heads. Rhythmic genes in male samples Companion dataset to Table 4; enables comparison of sex-biased rhythmic transcription.
