Higher motility phenotype in Bradyrhizobium diazoefficiens: mutations acquired during selection

The present BioProject comprises four draft genome assemblies of Bradyrhizobium diazoefficiens, corresponding to clonal strains independently obtained in parallel through recurrent selection on semisolid agar. Genome sequencing was performed using Illumina technology, and assemblies were generated de novo.
