The aryl hydrocarbon receptor is an important nuclear transcription factor. Here, we constructed an AhR knockout pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell line. After extracting total RNA from the AhR knockout and wild-type Pan02 cell lines, we performed sequencing to compare the differences in their gene expression.
