This dataset contains electron microprobe analyses of monazite, rhabdophane, crandallite and pyrochlore from the Sokli carbonatite laterite, Finland, generated as part of the SCREED: Supergene enrichment of carbonatite-hosted rare earth element (REE) deposits project. Full sample locations and descriptions are available at https://doi.org/10.5285/83819b57-4754-4da3-9336-955e817573ed. Samples were analysed between September 2024 and October 2025, to determine changes in mineral chemistry during weathering. The analysis were carried out by teams from the School of Applied Sciences, University of Brighton and Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter
