AVIDa-hIL6 is an antigen-VHH interaction dataset produced from an alpaca immunized with the human interleukin-6 (IL-6) protein, containing 573,891 antigen-VHH pairs with amino acid sequences. Each pair has reliable binding or non-binding labels. The dataset is split into training, validation, and test sets for studying the interaction between antigens and VHHs.
