DSP-seq of neuroendocrine differentiation of prostate cancer

Androgen deprivation therapy (ADT) is the cornerstone of treatment in prostate cancer. Prolonged ADT inevitably brings the risk of neuroendocrine differentiation, leading to a hormone refractory subtype. Herein, we worked to explore the molecular mechanisms underlying neuroendocrine differentiation in prostate cancer under ADT via DSP-seq.
