· Groups: All mice given 100uL of CFA emulsion near right hip joint and then infarcted
· Experimental Conditions: Mice were given 100uL of CFA emulsion near the right hip joint, injected subcutaneously. At day 7 post-injection, mice were given MI via LAD ligation. Animals were sacrificed at day 3 post-infarction. Hearts were collected and analyzed via Flow Cytometry. Results were compared to cohort from PMACS-102 for analysis
