Spectral absorption bacteria data files from the hyperspectral rapid detection of bacterial content and water quality parameters in coastal bathing waters research in the Canary Islands

Two files containing the 1‑nm-resolution spectral absorption data for Escherichia coli (“ECOLI.A”) and intestinal enterococci (“ENTEROCOCCI.A”), formatted for direct use.
