## **Abstract** \n\nThis dataset was derived by the Bioregional Assessment Programme using the 2017 OZMIN database from Geoscience Australia. The source dataset is identified in the Lineage field in this metadata statement. The processes undertaken to produce this derived dataset are described in the History field in this metadata statement.\n\n\n\nThis dataset contains the excel spreadsheet extract and shapefile of all Namoi coal deposits and resources.\n\n## **Purpose** \n\nThis dataset was created to include the more accurate positioning of the Rocglen mine as in the old one it was not inside the appropriate tenement.\n\n## **Dataset History** \n\nBlack coal deposits and resources from the 2017 OZMIN database, which lie within the NAM subregion were extracted and a shapefile produced.\n\n## **Dataset Citation** \n\nBioregional Assessment Programme (2017) OZMIN black coal deposits Namoi 2017.
