<p>Tell Sabi Abyad II is one of four mounds at the site of Sabi Abyad in Northern Syria. Tell Sabi Abyad II has been excavated in the course of four fieldwork seasons in 1993, 1996, 1999 and 2001 by a team from Leiden University, lead by Prof. Dr. P.M.M.G. Akkermans. The excavations at Tell Sabi Abyad II has yielded finds and architectural remains dating to the Neolithic.</p>
