Integrative Gruppenarbeit mit gewaltbetroffenen Frauen in Cochabamba, Bolivien

Gegenstand der vorliegenden Arbeit bildet eine Unterstützungsgruppe für von häuslicher Gewalt betroffene Frauen in Cochabamba, Bolivien. Es wird aufgezeigt, wie der Ansatz der Integrativen Therapie in einem anderen kulturellen Kontext eingesetzt werden kann. Die kreativ-therapeutische Herangehensweise erwies sich dabei als besonders geeignet. Im theoretischen Teil werden Konzepte der Integrativen Gruppentheorie und der Traumatherapie dargestellt. Im praktischen Abschnitt werden Ziele und Methodik der Gruppe vorgestellt und der Gruppenverlauf wird analysiert. Das Angebot wurde von einer Schweizer und bolivianischen Psychologin aufgebaut. Bei der Analyse wird auf die spezifische Situation gewaltbetroffener Frauen, die Dynamik von Gewaltbeziehungen, auf den soziokulturellen Hintergrund Boliviens und auf den interkulturellen Kontext eingegangen, Faktoren, die den Gruppenprozess beeinflussen. The subject of the following article is a support group for women affected by domestic violence in Cochabamba, Bolivia.It is shown how the approach of integrative therapy can be transposed to a different cultural context. The creative therapeutical approach proved to be particularly suitable. The theoretical part explains the concepts of integrative group theory and integrative trauma therapy. The practical part introduces the goals and the methods of the group and analyzes its dynamics. The group was started by a Swiss and a Bolivian psychologist.
