Supporting data for “Identification and Mechanistic Characterization of Small-Molecule Modulators of the Type I-F CRISPR-Cas System In <i>Pseudomonas aeruginosa</i>"

This dataset is intended to support research aimed at deciphering the regulation of the endogenous type I-F CRISPR-Cas system mediated by a small molecule in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, as well as its potential applications in gene modulation. It comprises diverse data types, including phenotype screening, RT-qPCR, growth curve assays, DNA interference activity assays, and RNA-seq analysis, among others. The data have been organized according to the thesis framework and by data type.
