资源简介:
DIV1, a newly discovered crustacean virus, has become widely prevalent in shrimp aquaculture and one of the main culprits behind shrimp disease outbreaks. As a key environmental regulatory factor in aquatic ecosystems, water temperature plays an important role in protecting shrimp from disease infection. Our laboratory has confirmed that high water temperature can effectively eliminate DIV1 infection in Penaeus monodon, yet the specific clearance mechanisms remain unexplored. In light of this, the present study employed an integrated approach including transmission electron microscopy (TEM) observation, histopathological analysis, transcriptomic and microbiomic analyses, interaction analysis between key genes and microbiota, as well as gene cloning and RNA interference technology, to preliminarily investigate the potential molecular regulatory mechanisms underlying DIV1 clearance by high water temperature in P. monodon.
