Survey Results on the Accreditation Process in Indonesia

This dataset is the result of my research on the accreditation of Social Welfare Institutions (Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial or LKS) in Indonesia (2025). It presents data collected from a national survey focusing on the accreditation process, including institutional details, types of services offered, accreditation grades, geographic distribution, and year of submission. The survey data was collected using a structured questionnaire distributed via Google Form. To ensure confidentiality, all personal and institutional identifiers have been anonymized and replaced with [ANONYMIZED]. This dataset supports analysis of accreditation trends, regional engagement, and quality assurance practices within the Indonesian social welfare system.
