2010 to 2019 Building Permit Listing

LISTING OF BUILDING PERMITS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, DEMOLITION AND ADDITIONS/ALTERATIONS/REPAIRS AND THEIR CHARACTERISTICS - Before 2009, files capture permits only for basic structural work. From 2009 onward, they also capture permits for plumbing, electrical, etc. This results in higher dollar figures and numbers of permits for Additions, Alterations and Repairs and for New Construction. There is no change in how housing units are counted.

新建建筑、拆除及增建/改建/修缮许可清单及其特性 - 2009年之前，文件仅记录基本结构工作的许可。自2009年起，文件亦记录管道、电气等方面的许可。此变化导致增建/改建/修缮以及新建建筑的许可金额和数量有所增加，而住房单元的计算方式未发生改变。
