"本数据集为2010年中国大陆100m分辨率GDP栅格数据集，共包含6份数据，分别为100m分辨率第一产业GDP（包括农业、林业、畜牧业和渔业）栅格数据集、100m分辨率第二产业GDP网格数据集、100m分辨率第三产业GDP栅格数据集。数据集栅格单元单位为万元/公顷。
本研究根据分产业建模的思路，共建立了6个随机森林回归模型，其中第一产业（包括农业、林业、畜牧业和渔业）基于土地利用和生态相关数据建模，第二产业和第三产业基于兴趣点和多源遥感数据（包括DMSP/OLS、植被指数和DEM）进行建模。最后利用分区密度制图方法，对不同产业进行空间分配，得到分产业的GDP密度图。本研究得到的高精度网格化GDP分布数据，提供了在不同空间单元上执行分析的灵活性，对于正确认识GDP的分布规律，实现跨学科的综合研究，提高人口、资源和环境的综合管理能力具有重要意义。"

This dataset is a 100-meter resolution GDP raster dataset for mainland China in 2010, which contains 6 subsets of data: the 100-meter resolution primary industry GDP (including agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery) raster dataset, 100-meter resolution secondary industry GDP raster dataset, and 100-meter resolution tertiary industry GDP raster dataset. The unit of each raster cell is ten thousand yuan per hectare.
In this study, guided by the sector-specific modeling framework, a total of 6 random forest regression models were developed. The primary industry (covering agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery) was modeled using land use and ecological datasets, while the secondary and tertiary industries were modeled based on Points of Interest (POIs) and multi-source remote sensing data including DMSP/OLS, vegetation indices and Digital Elevation Model (DEM). Finally, the zone-based density mapping approach was applied to conduct spatial allocation for each industry sector, generating sector-specific GDP density maps.
The high-precision gridded GDP distribution data derived from this study offers flexibility for performing analytical tasks across various spatial units, and holds significant importance for accurately understanding the spatial distribution patterns of GDP, advancing interdisciplinary comprehensive research, and enhancing the comprehensive management capabilities of population, resources and the environment.
