Ctrl Worx Watch List: October 2026 report and data (data as of Oct 25, 2026)

A fixed copy of the Ctrl Worx Watch List as of the October 2026 report (data as of Oct 25, 2026). The Watch List tracks public companies whose own SEC filings report a material weakness in internal control over financial reporting, or conclude that it isn’t effective, with no later annual report saying it is fixed, and how long each has been open. Every row links to the company’s own SEC filing. The method and corrections log are public at https://ctrlworx.com/watch-list/method/. Ctrl Worx is independent and has no affiliation with any government agency. Version 1.2 (October 28, 2026): wording only; no figure changed. Two lines in the report PDF no longer call every company on the Clock a US company, since 161 of the 1,244 are based outside the US. The data file is unchanged.
