("Evangelical Mission of Paris - New Caledonia. - Yenghebane, district of Poum, Indigenous cooking.") The back also contains information about the printer: "Imprime en Suisse - Roto-Sadag S.A., Geneve." The Société des Missions Evangéliques was a Protestant organization known in English as the Paris Evangelical Missionary Society.
