RNA sequencing of an optimized shuttle cell line for intranasal delivery

We generated cell lines from LX-2 hepatic stellate cells that are otpimzed for intranasal delivery of the oncolytic adenovirus XVir-N-31 to treat glioblastoma. One cell line migrates faster, the next in addition expressed HSV-TK as a safety gene to eliminate cells in case of adverse events. Overall design: RNA sequencing has been performed to analyze changes in gene expression between the parental (PAR) and the two optimized cell lines (FR and FR/TK). RNA sequencing was performed on mRNA generated from the three cell lines (n=3)
