The gut microbiome dynamic changes of lung cancer patients during Chemoradiotherapy

There are ongoing researches to explore promising biomarkers for predicting the survival after concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CCRT) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). We aimed to explore the dynamic changes of gut microbiota and to find the predictive role of the gut microbiome on the survival after CCRT.
