Report of the Workshop: Optimizing the Research Intern Experience to Build Inclusion and Diversity in the Geosciences Workforce

In celebration of the 10th anniversary of the Partnership Education Program (PEP) in Woods Hole, MA, a workshop was held from June 27-29, 2019, to discuss ways to increase diversity and inclusion in the geosciences workforce.
