Chromatin structure plays key role in regulating whole genome gene expression.The goal of this study are to compare chromatin structure of ATRA treated and control cells, finding the mechanism that how chromatin structure regulates gene transcription. Overall design: HL-60 cells with ATRA or ethanol treated for 4 days were used to generate Hi-C library, in replicate.
