VLOPS maps - SO2 - SOx total deposition (VLOPS24, meteo 2017, emissions 2022)

This VLOPS map shows the modelled total deposition (td) of SOx (in mol/ha·year) for the whole of Flanders at 1x1 km2. This map was calculated using VLOPS24 (based on OPS 5.1.0.2), the 2022 SO2 emission figures and the 2017 meteorological data. For this map, the raw VLOPS model outputs for the dry deposition of SOx were first multiplied by the calibration factor x0.70 and the wet deposition of SOx multiplied by the calibration factor x1.69. Then these calibrated VLOPS cards were added together to calculate the total deposition of SOx.
