This dataset accompanies the publication "An Automated Workflow for Fungal Cell Counting, Cell Size and Data Analysis: Enhancing Throughput and Accuracy with the cell analysis and counting tool using ilastik software (caactus)". It contains all data and code required to reproduce the figures and tables presented in the paper. The archive is organized by figure and table, and includes Jupyter notebooks (.ipynb) for data analysis and visualization, caactus project folders with trained ilastik image datasets used for pixel classification, boundary based segmentation and object classification, structured for analysis with caactus output and result folders with processed outputs.
