This accession contains 64 sets of data collected as part of Shipboard Environmental data Acquisition System (SEAS) IV program. The data was collected using 27 different ships. The bathythermograph (XBT) data was collected between February 5, 1993 and November 30, 1995. The data was sent from the cruise ships to the National Ocean Service (NOS), Rockville, MD via telecommunication. This data was received at NODC via Chris Noe of NOS.
