To investigate the function of ELAPOR1 in the proliferation and invasion of colorectal cancer cells, we established SW620 cell lines in which ELAPOR1 is stably overexpressed using lentiviruses. Overall design: We performed transcriptome sequencing of 3 ELAPOR1 groups and 3 vector groups, then analyzed the differentially expressed genes using bioinformatics.
