Subgenome-separated assembly of Zoysia japonica based on the chromosome-level genome

This dataset provides subgenome-separated assemblies of Zoysia japonica derived from the chromosome-level reference genome (Qi et al., 2025; GCA_041074935.1).Subgenome A and B were distinguished through whole-genome synteny analysis,and the dataset includes genome (.fna), coding sequence (.cds), protein (.pep), and annotation (.gtf) files for each subgenome.No new sequencing data were generated; this assembly is based entirely on previously published genomic resources.
