This dataset contains the raw numerical values used to generate Extended Data Figure 9, which examines AMPA/NMDA ratios in dmPFC layer 2/3 pyramidal neurons following repeated ketamine administration.Included data:- AMPA/NMDA ratios for individual cells in the Ctrl and rKet groups (Panel 9b) Structure:- The worksheet includes calculated AMPA/NMDA ratios for each recorded cell.- These values correspond to the physiological measurements shown in Extended Data Figure 9.
