GWAS summary statistics for "Mind the gap: characterizing bias due to population mismatch in two-sample Mendelian randomization"

The full set of GWAS summary statistics used in the paper "Mind the gap: characterizing bias due to population mismatch in two-sample Mendelian randomization". These summary statistics are provided as two tar.gz files: "exposure_sumstats.tar.gz" (~80GB) contains summary statistics from 128 GWAS studies for traits designated as exposures in the study "outcome_sumstats.tar.gz" (~50GB) contains summary statistics from 88 GWAS studies for traits designated as outcomes in the study We provide these summary statistics to assist others in reproducing the results of our manuscript.
