In this study we investigated transcriptional age-related changes in human muscle stem cells. We show that there is an overall loss of transcriptional heterogeneity with aging and identified new genes that are differentiatlly expressed through aging. Overall design: We performed additional single cell RNA sequencing of highly purified human satellite cells from freshly harvested human muscles of 12 healthy donors
