Complex regional pain syndrome type-I (CRPS-I) is chronic neurological disorder accompanied with devastating pain. In this study, we employed single-cell sequencing technology to analyze the ipsilateral L4-L6 dorsal root ganglia in both Sham and CPIP groups, aiming to investigate the mechanisms underlying chronic pain development in the CPIP model.
