In this thesis, we aimed to elucidate the mechanism of how Aurora B/AIR-2 (the mitotic kinase) regulates CENP-A/HCP-3 (centromere protein) deposition and sister centromere resolution, which may provide strategies to prevent merotely and chromosome instability in cells. <br> The supporting data attached here includes the raw data shown in thesis chapters 3-5.
